Ordering
By placing an order on our online pharmacy website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally entitled to purchase the medications offered. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before your order has been dispatched. To request cancellation, please use our Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representatives will confirm the cancellation and process your request accordingly. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery services to any country specified by our customers. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. You will receive an email notification once your order is approved and shipped.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): EMS delivery offers a faster shipping solution, typically arriving within 5-9 days from the date your order is dispatched. The maximum delivery time for EMS is 14 days. All EMS orders include an online tracking code, which will be provided to you once the order is dispatched.
Standard (Registered AirMail) Delivery: Standard delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the dispatch date. The maximum delivery period is 30 days. These packages are sent discreetly and left in your mailbox. Please note that tracking is not available for this shipping method.
Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before dispatch. Large orders (exceeding 120 pills) will be divided into two shipments and may arrive on different days. Generic and branded medications will also be shipped separately and may not arrive together.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns on any medications that have been dispatched. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt to discuss your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
Liability
Our pharmacy provides products for personal use only. We shall not be held liable for any misuse of medication, adverse reactions, or failure to obtain intended results. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure suitability, allergies, prescription accuracy, and compliance with local laws and regulations. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from postal or customs processes.
